This study aims to determine the distribution of radiation doses on PTV and OAR radioteraphy planning in RSUP. Prof. Dr. I.G.N.G Ngoerah, Bali, Indonesia does no exceed a predetermined limit. The research metode used is value Homogenity Index (H), Conformity (CI), maximum ose Organ At Risk (OAR), amely right eye lens, left brainstem, optic chiasma, spinal cord. These data are compared with provisions ICRU report 83 dose reference for OAR. Using from 30 nasopharyngeal cancer patients total 7000 cGy. Obtained HI 0.1214 t-test result 0.459> 0.05 which means it not significant. While CI 0.9850 nonparametric statistical test results 0.285> lens 772.7 cGy 0.779> For 771.0 t 0.791> brain stem 5178.1 0.686> at chiasma 4,837.2 0.225>0.05 cord 4,663.3 0.958>
